STEP 2. REVIEW the Application Packet Checklist.
Become familiar with the Application Packet Checklist, which is located in the Program Guidelines booklet, and begin gathering available documents.
STEP 3. COMPLETE the LEAD Academy Online Application.
- Use the START MY APPLICATION button below to access the Application Portal
- You can start your application, save, and finish it later if you desire
- Read and follow the Application Portal instructions carefully to submit your application and required documents.
