STEP 3. SUBMIT your PARTICIPANT Tuition Payment ($375.00).
Complete the form and submit your PARTICIPANT Tuition payment below. Then move to STEP 4.
STEP 4. SUBMIT your CHAPTER Tuition Payment ($375.00).
Complete the form and submit your CHAPTER Tuition payment below. Once you have completed all 4 Steps on this page, you’re done!
